| Chef Mireille comes from a diverse background with family from 5 continents. Growing up with various cuisines inspired a love of all International cuisines.
Although a culinary school graduate, much of her culinary knowledge is self taught as she explored ingredients and cooking methods from around the globe.
She has worked in various NYC dining establishments as well as the chef of a nursery school in Harlem, which has the best fed kids in New York City.
She has experience cooking the foods of many countries. Just to name a few:
